We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, when to expect your package, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Processing Time
Processing Delays & High Order Volume
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow along.
Shipping Delays: While most orders arrive on time, unexpected carrier delays (due to weather, holidays, or other factors) may occasionally happen. We appreciate your patience!

Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and the appropriate tracking number is

Tracking & Lost Packages
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
If your package is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors or your local post office.If a package is lost in transit, contact the carrier to file a claim:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages as shipping costs are paid to USPS, UPS, or FedEx and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address, we are unable to redirect it.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, your order will be canceled, and the $7.95 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Zone
We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.
Backordered Items
If an item is backordered, an "Expected to Ship" date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive an email notification if there are changes to your item's status.
You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
We reserve the right to cancel backordered items or ship your order in multiple packages.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Though orders cannot be changed once placed, you do have a 12 hour window after purchase to cancel an order.
If eligible, you will see the option to cancel in your order details.
If an order has already begun processing, it cannot be canceled.
Once your order is canceled, you will receive an email confirmation, and you will not be charged.
Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages

Maude + Aster is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or not delivered due to an incorrect address provided at
checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may: leave your package in a safe place, attempt delivery on another day, or leave a notice with pickup instructions for your local post office or carrier facility.

Risk of Loss
Once your order is handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is issued, the responsibility for the package transfers to you. While we work with trusted shipping partners, any issues that arise during delivery, such as damage or loss, must be handled through the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and review all details carefully when placing your order.
