How do I know which size will fit me best?
In the photos of each product (with few exceptions) you will find a basic measurement table that is individual to the listed product. Each guide provides specific measurements for all sizes to help you determine what size will be best for you. If you're between sizes, perhaps order the two closest to your size and then return the one that doesn't fit.
When will my card be charged for my order?
Your card will be initially authorized (not charged) when you place your order to verify funds. You will be charged once your order, or part of it, has shipped. You’ll only be charged for the items that ship, plus any applicable shipping and taxes.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will automatically be sent to your email once you’ve placed your order. If you don’t see it in your inbox within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please contact us at info@maudeandaster.com.
Can I modify or cancel my order before it ships?
While we can't make changes once your order is placed, you have a 12 hour window to cancel items before they begin processing. If the “Cancel Order” option is available on your order status page, you can cancel the item(s). If you don’t see the option, unfortunately, we can't process a cancellation. Once your items have shipped, you may return them.
If you select express or overnight shipping at checkout and place your order before 1 pm PST, your cancellation window may be shorter due to the expedited shipping process. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be available.Once your items are successfully cancelled, you will receive an email that includes the cancellation details. The email will be sent to the address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise.

When will my order arrive?
Once your order is placed, processing typically takes 1-2 business days. After that, your order will be shipped and delivered within 5-8 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method.
If you selected express or overnight shipping at checkout and placed your order before 1 pm PST, your order will be processed and shipped the same day, with delivery from 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1 pm PST will ship the next business day.
Please note that certain circumstances, such as holidays or weather delays, may impact your order’s arrival time. We provide tracking information for all orders, so you can follow your package’s journey. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, feel free to get in touch, and we’ll help track it down.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently only to ship in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping is $7.95. We also offer expedited shipping options. For more details on shipping costs, [click here].
When will my order ship?
At checkout, you'll receive an estimated delivery date, also noted in your Order Confirmation email. This date includes processing time and allowances for weekends and national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM PST typically ship the next business day.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check your order’s status through the carrier’s website.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I return an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Process:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The return fee is $7.95, which will be deducted from your refund. Be sure to return items in their original condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

What do I do if I lose my return shipping label?
No worries! If you can’t find your return label, just shoot us an email at info@maudeandaster.com, and we'll be happy to resend it to you.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take a little longer to process it, so please allow up to 10 business days after the return is processed before reaching out to us. You can contact us at info@maudeandaster.com or by text at (213) 322-1790.
My order has arrived, but it's not as expected. What can I do?
We're really sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@maudeandaster.com with a photo of the item and your order details, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
If the item isn’t damaged, but you just don’t love it, no worries—you can still return it within 30 days as long as it’s in its original condition.For more information about our return policy, [click here].
Will you refund a lost or stolen package?
If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the shipping carrier. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, UPS, or FedEx and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.

We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us. Maude + Aster is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
GIFT CARDS
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in amounts of $50, $100, $150, $200, and $250. If you'd like a custom amount, just reach out to us at info@maudeandaster.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Digital gift cards are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number.
**If you are purchasing gift cards, you cannot use Klarna as a payment method.
How do I use my digital gift card?
Simply enter the gift card code at checkout. If your balance is less than your total, you can pay the difference with another payment method. You can also use the balance on your gift card for multiple orders.If you want to purchase a gift card for someone else, then you will need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. Please note that we charge your card only once your order has shipped.

When you place an order on maudeandaster.com, your credit or debit card is initially authorized (not charged) to ensure funds for the order are available. You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
